Q: Is it compatible to Raspberry Pi 4?
Yes, it's compatible to following models:
- Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+
- Raspberry Pi 4 Model B
Q: The iw shows the frequency is 5.205 Ghz and not sub 1Ghz 868Mhz for EU in my case
Currently, the 802.11ah channels are not yet officially support by Linux kernel, so the information iw and iwconfig show are not real frequency as it's.
You can lookup the frequency mapping table in the newracom official document:
In this case, the 5.205 GHz is mapping to 864 MHz with EU country_code.
